From this day forward, I promise to respect those around me as well as respect myself. I am somebody, and I can make a difference. I can make another feel loved. I can be the helping hands that leads another back to the path of hope and aspiration. I will not stand silent as others try to spread hatred through my community. Instead, I pledge to lift up those victims and show them that their life matters. I will be the change, because I am somebody!

Stand for the Silent to End Bullying Pledge

#bullyingbites campaign alongside our friends at the American Association of Orthondontists and Stand for the Silent. Our team stands up because 7 out of 10 Americans have shared they feel self-conscious about their teeth and 70% of our countries youth share they’ve witnessed bullying in schools, according to The New York Post and StopBullying.gov.”

The team at Engage Orthodontics Appleton wore orange today for Unity Day (October 21) to promote the #bullyingbites campaign alongside our friends at the American Association of Orthondontists and Stand for the Silent. Our team stands up because 7 out of 10 Americans have shared they feel self-conscious about their teeth and 70% of our countries youth share they’ve witnessed bullying in schools, according to The New York Post and StopBullying.gov.
